Message to all DCSS staff

Please find below an email sent to DC Site Services Admin on 2nd September:

I would just like to send a message to all the staff present at Leeds festival this year, my tent was only 200m from the centre of the rioting on Sunday night, and i am thankfull for all the security forces efforts at extinguishing the many fires that sprung up around us throughout sunday night and monday morning, as well as braving the exploding gas canisters in the process of doing so. Your efforts are greatly appreciated, and I'm fully aware of the dangers you faced over that night, let alone over the weekend I'm sorry to hear of similar difficulties at Reading over the course of the same weekend and upon reading an article posted by one of your staff, on a UK forum, who was located in a security tower there during the rioting and witnessed a young man with serious groin and abdomen injuries fall at the base of the tower, i felt i should leave a message with all security forces located at both festivals thanking them for their support and assistance throughout the weekend. Especially after reading such a graphic insite in to what you guys had to deal with Without your help and assistance on Sunday night my tent at the Leeds festival would have surely been burnt, blown up, or trampled by rioters.... Fortunately you were there to help.... I am eternally thankful Jacob
